The second option is that the countries use their military and send their armies to the locations Russia is invading, stopping the Russian forces by literally fighting with them.

But this isn't a good option, because doing so would mean literally declaring World War.

And thankfully, most of the countries today don't want to fight or go to war.

Because that just leads to bloodshed loss of human lives and there can be no positive result of that.
