If the criticism comes out of the blue or seems unjustified, it might be difficult to take it with grace. If someone fails to offer constructive feedback, it does not always mean that they woke up this morning with the intention of ruining your day. May be they are focused on completing their own work.
Things aren't always what we expect them to be. We don't need to judge.
