While we have many plans as to master our EQ but none of us know, why is it difficult to master EQ ?There might be various factors as to why an individual does not have that mindset or proper behaviour to master their EQ , it seems normal among a majority of the population or crowd. No one can really control their emotions truly. Humans are social animals and dont have that power to influence their emotions but some also do not intially care about their EQ as it is not much importance or regards within us.

It is important as IQ as because the gradual hormonal changes and emotional behaviour adapted is difficult to change And the mindset and behaviour grown over the years is inherited and acts as a growth barrier.

Students with higher levels of emotional intelligence are able to keep a check on their emotions better and be empathetic to others around them. This can help them develop improved self-motivation and more effective communication skills-essential skills to helping students become more confident learners. On the other hand, students who lack emotional intelligence can become less connected to school, negatively affecting performance in the classroom.

We all have different emotions and feelings in us such as anger, anxiety, fear, jealousy, happiness, sadness, and others. One should know where to be emotional and when to not especially when they are students. An emotional intelligence test will help the students to communicate better in this world. It will help them to improve their linguistic skills too. Emotional intelligence will help the students to express their views and ideas without hesitation.

Developing a high EQ can help determine our success, it can affect our choices by creating options we might not have thought otherwise or considered to be possible. The way your child manages emotions can have an impact on everything from his or her relationships with classmates to performance in the classroom.

Try saying, "It sounds like you're excited!" or "You seem frustrated right now". Talk about how your child is feeling.

Opening up about your own feelings, the reasons behind those feelings and how you deal with it will help bridge gaps between you and your child.

EI Or EQ (Emotional Quotient) is the ability to recognize control, emphasize and react to your emotions, understand what it is trying to express to you and the realization what brings the change in your life as you understand how the EQ can effect your life, friends, career, passion, close people and the people around you. If one can master their emotional intelligence then they can achieve many things in their life.
