If one can master their emotional intelligence then they can achieve many things in their life.

While we have many plans as to master our EQ but none of us know, why is it difficult to master EQ ?
There might be various factors as to why an individual does not have that mindset or proper behaviour to master their EQ , it seems normal among a majority of the population or crowd.
No one can really control their emotions truly. Humans are social animals and dont have that power to influence their emotions but some also do not intially care about their EQ as it is not much importance or regards within us.
