Setting goals help you see a direction of where you are going. Set reasonable goals. Our daily goals need to support with our weekly goals, and our weekly goals need support our monthly goals. Ultimately, this is the secret to becoming better today than we were yesterday, and becoming even better tomorrow than we were today.

Set goals

H20, it's important to drink water throughout the day.  It keeps your mind awake, the less water you drink it causes dehydration. Water keeps you alive and thriving, without it you would have daytime fatigue.

An ideal time to wake up is at 5-6 to get dressed and do your daily hygiene. After that you should spend the time to exercise  for about half an hour like some yoga or some training you can find on the internet.

Meditation has been in our generation for many years and is still very productive to this day. For 20 minutes of your time sit and think of absolutely nothing. It resets your brain to prepare for the day. You will find over a course of time meditation will reduce stress, pain, depression, anxiety, and more.

Everyday whether you're at work or at school there is always one thing that takes up the most of your energy do that first. Do the big things first then the little things.

When you have an alarm, many people just click the snooze button. Wake up early to refresh yourself and spend time for exercise. Try to put your alarm a few meters away from you so that you must get out of bed making you wake up.

Alarms

Create a task list. It doesn't matter how difficult or easy the task is write it down. The feeling of checking it off feels like you have done something in your day. And reminds you of what your priorities for the day are.
