If you are an introvert like me then this is a golden tip for you. I mostly like to stay alone because it makes me happy.
So if you are introverted then you can spend some time alone witnessing the iconic sunset at the beach.
This will make you happy and if you can't do that then just go for a small self talk, talk with yourself on any topic.
