How to create a study schedule
Beware of the things that could be distractions:
• Your Environment: Be aware of what environment you work best in, switch off your phone, or block all notifications.

• Your mind: The mind is restless and constantly working on formulating ideas but it is possible to quiet the mind to achieve the result. Remember to take breaks now and then - meditate, drink some mint tea ,let the mind drift then return your focus.
