Ask for endorsements from:

- Former Employers & Co-worker

If everyone knows you as the person who is good at XYZ, people will come to/refer others to you naturally

• Share helpful resources you made

- Be social.

- Reply to comments you get

- Leave thoughtful and positive comments.

The more you interact with people, the more visibility and attention your account will get.

If you're a writer, write.

If you're a developer, show what you're working on.

If you're a web designer, show some websites you've built.

Document your story and growth, and show people what you can do.

LinkedIn Groups are excellent for connecting with professionals in your industry.

To find LinkedIn Groups:

Once you’ve joined some, get into discussions and offer help.

Generic Messages will usually get ignored:

Network with purpose:

Look at what they do, and ask an engaging question related to what they do/make a direct request..

4. Create an engaging Summary
