Static vs Dynamic Classes

Social classes have been conceived as static and settled up by decree, which causes confrontation and systemic inequality. Examples of this are Feudal Hierarchy, Modern Cronyism and Communism.

What they propose is a transformation and reorganization of society, not by decree, but by the natural, emergent force of competence and liberty.

One of dynamic inequality, where classes continue to exist, but are permeable. Where the opportunity to rise up is available to all, and so too is everyone subject to the risk of failure and falling down the hierarchy.
