When your mind asks you, "Dude, you remember the day when you said you will not give up on your new year resolutions and you slept for 12 hours the next day? You remember the day when you said you will study the whole night and you dozed off in 30 mins? How in the world do you think you are going to workout every morning? How in the world do you think you are going to run 1 km a day?"
You gotcha have an answer to that. You have to shut your mind up. You have to rise above all fears and insecurities, and you have to NOT give up. You have to stay hungry. Hungry for the discomfort and sufferings.
