How you grow

A concept of physics-friction- is going to be used here. So when you are not moving, there is a force needed to make you move, to kill off the limiting friction. And when you are moving, there is a force needed to keep you moving, to kill of the kinetic friction.

Similarly, the mind's doubt on us is like the friction but we have to have more determination than that, otherwise we simply can't proceed.

You can achieve the impossible. It's just about how much force are you willing to fight the mind's friction. Without this force, progress is impossible.
