Feeling any negative emotions (e.g. anger, anxious, fear, upset, anxious, etc.) doesn't make you weak. It is perfectly normal to experience these. It is when you don't allow those negative emotions control you is what makes you mentally stronger. Recognizing emotions is different from acknowledging them.
