- See your life as a classroom, you're in class all day long, learning.
- Take a step back. Ask "What's happening?" then "Why?" > breathe > comfort yourself > let it go, work on it.
- Ask "What is this trying to teach me?" It might even be rooted to your childhood issues. Example: why do i feel bad when my partner doesn't update/call me? Why am i so triggered? You might have a fear of abandonment.
- Thank the universe for every lesson
