Goal oversetting is good only if you don’t give up. Otherwise, it doesn’t bring you any advantages.
So if you notice you haven’t even reached half of the goals you set, perhaps you could halve them and try to accomplish that much.
Next time, you can overreach again. But for now, keep an eye on your motivation. And aiming for more effortless goals is a great way to regain it.
