Reflect

Try refecting on yourself. Think about what describes you from your own point of view and write it down.

- What you like and accept about yourself

- What you dislike about yourself and why (Would changing those things truly make you happier? Why?)

- What things you're currently grateful for

- What you think is causing you to change

If you do this as a routine, you can see the changes in yourself and read back on them.
