In my work place there is no gender there is no race. There is the mission. The job we came to do. You can be who ever you want, or say you are who ever you are, but the only thing that is going to change the way I treat someone is their actions and their reliability. No one is safe, no one is protected. We suffer as a team and we succeed as a team.
