You can be who ever you want, or say you are who ever you are, but the only thing that is going to change the way I treat someone is their actions and their reliability. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. In all of my after action reports, I ask for what went well, what went wrong, what we can do better, and what we learned. Don't make the same mistakes over and over. Learn from them. Teach others and learn from others mistakes. There is no reason for everyone to trip over the same rock.
