Proper Nutrition - Deepstash

Proper Nutrition

You’ve probably already heard sone one telling you to eat healthy, but what is healthy food?

To put it simply, the less processed the better. Things like meat, eggs, fruits, are very natural foods and our body knows what to do with them.

The more our food gets processed, the worse it is for our bodies. Look at the ingredients, if you can’t recognize half of them, it’s a sign that it’s not fit for consumption.

  • Start eating healthy
  • Avoid processed foods
  • Stick to natural sources
