The book has many perspectives to it but what stood out to me was the idea of being comfortable with your own company. It makes us understand how in today's era we are so caught up with daily hustle and bustle of life that we somehow have forgotten to live in the present; now. The book gives us many ways to connect to our inner self and be present in the now. It makes it clear how vital it is to be alone and how to embrace the silence and the atmosphere around us in a way, that makes us feel calm and gives us peace of mind that is unmatched by any luxury.
