I ask myself:

Should I take you seriously?

This most often leads me to say: well, no, I honestly shouldn't.

Because at that moment in time I’m tired. Or hungry. Or overworked and so negativity can try to cloud my mind.

Or I am getting too focused on one sm...

7. Just for today I will try to live through this day only, not to tackle my whole life problem at once. I can do things for twelve hours that would appall me if I had to keep them up for a lifetime.

Improvisation is something we are all likely to deal with once in a while. Life is full of moments that require our skill to improvise, so we should try and improve at this, as it is not only necessary, but also extremely useful.
