Retirement is not being 65 years old sitting in a nursing home collecting a retirement cheque. Retirement is when you stop sacrificing today for some imaginary tomorrow.So how do you get there :<ul><li>One is you can have so much money saved up that just your passive income off of that without your having to lift a finger covers your burn rate.</li><li>Second is you just drive your burn rate down to zero. Basically you become a monk.</li><li>Third is you're doing something you love and you enjoy it so much that now it's not about the money anymore.</li></ul>

Actual Meaning of Retirement... 

Being Actually Rich means nobody can tell you when to be at work, what to wear at work and how to behave.

Being Actually Rich

<ul><li>Don't make a lot of desires at once.</li><li>Pick your one overwhelming desire. It's okay to suffer over that one but on all the others, let them go so you can be calm and peaceful and relaxed and then you'll perform a better job most people.</li></ul>

Desire is a contract that you make with yourself to be unhappy 

Just ask yourself would you still be interested in learning this thing if you couldn't ever tell anybody about it.

Figuring Out If You Actually Want Something

<ul><li>Just sit down, close your eyes, adjust in a comfortable position, whatever happens, happens. If you think, you think. If you don't think, you don't think. Don't put effort into it. Don't put effort against it.</li><li>When we grow up, it's all this stuff happening to you in your life and some of it you're processing some of it you're absorbing and some of it you should probably think a little bit more about and work through but you don't have time so it gets buried in you and it's all these preferences and judgements and unresolved situations and issues.......</li></ul>

Set a Target Lifestyle and once you reach there, don't step up even after your income increases, unless something becomes need.

If you want to be a clear thinker, you cannot pay attention to Politics, It'll destroy your ability to think.

Stay Away From Politics

Own a piece of a business. You need to have equity either as an owner, an investor, a shareholder or a brand that you're building that accrues to you to gain your financial freedom.

Work For Yourself

<ul><li>..And it's like your email inbox piling up email after email that's not answered going back years and then when you sit down, those emails start coming back at you.</li><li>It's a self therapy, you just have to sit there as those emails go through one by one and you work through each of them until you get to the magical inbox zero and there comes a day when you sit down, you realize the only things you're thinking about are the things that happened yesterday because you've processed everything else, not necessarily even resolved it, but at least listened to yourself. And that's when Meditation Starts.</li></ul>

Warren Buffett drinks about six coca-cola's a day and eats mostly McDonald's and he's still perfectly fine. Maybe him enjoying that junk food and that Coke pleasing his mind is better than him just eating wheatgrass shots and beaver salads and just being super worked up about everything.
