The new evolved way is to have everyone at all levels exercises leadership.In the book "We the Leader" by Jeffrey Spahn It is possible to lead and follow at the same time; you don't even have to wait to take turns! These results in teamwork to team flow and creates an insync execution.You don' t need a reason to be met as equal partners.The broad framework will be : How can we help each other? I reckon it's very similar to how we come together to play. And so, let's play better.

The Evolution Of Leadership 

Leadership is something that can (highly recommended) be learned by everyone.Because leadership is NOT ABOUT leading a full team or having the burden of the world on your shoulders. It's NOT ABOUT being at the front.*It can come from the bottom or the middle.-Simply by just reconnecting or providing support. I used to shy away because no one explained.But it is as simple as this: (Let's call it)-The New Leadership.It is to be able to embrace your ability to lead. NO ONE ELSE. JUST YOURSELF.Change comes from you.

It Is A Skill

Ultimately change will spread from the top down.This is also about growth.GROWTH is not forcing. It is ALLOWING.You allow it to grow inside YOU organically.☝️But first, you got to have an open attitude. To allow YOUR open mind to grow.Naturally You Will Lead.YOURSELF.It's normal.You'll feel like a lot of what you have understood no longer makes sense.Seek the understanding that helps in your alignment.However, it is contrarily okay to live without clear answers.Because when previous understandings fall apart, they are not always immediately replaced by better understanding.

Grow Into It

The level of your maturity is knowing what you want and going out to achieving it.At the same time You respect other people's definition of success even though it's hugely different from yours. Having an open mind to understand & listen because the world doesn't just revolve around yours. Thribe is a space for diverse leadership. First we lead ourselves. You'll discover that by not undermining other people's potential, strengths can truly be multiplied

Choices Make The Talent 

I started off wanting to lead myself into the life I want. Bluntly, if you don't take charge, no one else cares. So why leave your fate to other people? As I get the hang of things, I realised this is the only way to kickstart that flame which will lead to a forest fire. 🌟The only thing we can control and focus on is ourselves. And I realised that I have been doing this with my clients alot and that's where the outcome was: STRONGERAre we perfect? No. We're constantly works in progress. The only thing is the attitude and the willingness to do it.

What started off as a personal growth journey became my purpose. I want to generate wealth not only for myself but to the people I work with. To distribute it in a way where the world we live in, (despite chaos ) is a better place. The space we own and created for ourselves. This is where we thrive in THE THRIBE.Where we actually can come up with the resources that let us do it. So what I'm doing is to rise people's standard of living by showing them how to create wealth and keep it. That's my Big Picture 🖼️

THRIBE is now incorporated. I started the community 3 yrs ago and didn't intentionally think to make it into a culture or business. All I knew then was to start creating the changes I wanted to see in my work, my life with the people around who can also resonate; along with me. As I go deeper and deeper by getting myself involved in the work. I realised there are alot of things we have choices for. First things first is to start with ourself. Learn to lead yourself first. Otherwise you'll just be putting everyone in circles and no one comes out any wiser. You are the leader and creator.

When someone wields a "power over" situation on you, this happens.In fact it is very common because of power differentials.- People with a higher position or status are less likely to be held accountable for gaslighting or overreacting.This is common in churches, schools communities and offices.In work places employees often feel powerless and hurt when their superiors wield this.This creates an unnecessary eggshell environment -fear based settings where everyone is on edge.With awareness, change will come from the individual.Insights: Brene Brown

Emotions & Awareness 

Even if it hurts. Because it will help you break through into the better version of yourself.If you're facing difficulty that means you're resisting change. Change is nature. It is something that is happening every day around you. Look at nature. the trees the flowers the insects. Growing and releasing. Even you are different one minute ago.

Change Is A Gift

Our mind is an amazing organ. It took me a long time to get used to embracing fear. It wasn't easy but worth it. (Quite similar to how habits are being formed.) No. I'm NOT 100% fearless. We don't have to be. Fear is protective and we need this too. 😌 So here's how it works for me:Anytime I needed courage, mentally I start thinking through processes in baby steps. 🪜 Eg Like research, focus groups, switching on awareness so that I start paying more attention. It's like guiding yourself step by step. And then into action. ☝️Most importantly give yourself time.
