Stage fear is a normal thing that happens to most of the people when they are hosting a show or just there to address the audience.
The most important thing is to be prepared, you're scared when you fear that you've not prepared well.
If that isn't the case then you should just tell your mind to stop overthinking as you've prepared for every second and you know well what you're going to do!
Talk to yourself in the mirror, adjust your expression accordingly to your liking, address your prepared words to your family members and ask them about it.
Practice to smile, and meditate if possible.

If your main problem is with the audience, then all you have to do is to pick 3 random people(remember, random only, they shouldn't be your friends or family)from the audience. The people selected by you should be sitting together and not far away from each other.
While addressing everyone, keep your eyes fixed and make everyone else blur, just imagine that only 3 people are there and you are talking with them personally.
This will keep your confidence intact and you'll feel much more better.
If possible, meet those 3 people after your addressing is over and talk to them about your performance!

Let's all admit this fact, people barely listen to the speaker. Unless or until you'll find that the anchor is looking right into your soul. đ
The same case will be there when you'll be addressing them.
That's the thing with the 3 people rule, there is a higher probability that those people will listen to you attentively as they will notice that you are noticing them and they will notice you too in return.
Even if you feel nervous in between while addressing, look down and speak. It's just normal to look down and speak, act like as if you're reading something.
That's it!
