&nbsp;A&nbsp; &nbsp;MEMORABLE&nbsp; &nbsp;DAY&nbsp; OF&nbsp; MY&nbsp; LIFE ////&nbsp; &nbsp;A&nbsp; &nbsp;FUNCTION&nbsp; &nbsp;OF&nbsp; PRIZE&nbsp; DISTRIBUTION &nbsp; Price distribution function is an important day in the history of school . It held in the month of February every year . Some V.I.P is invited to preside over the function . Parents of the students are invited. Prizes are distributed to the brilliant students and sportsmen. This year the prize distribution function of our school took place on February, 15th . The Director of Education was the chief guest . He presided over the function and gave away the prizes.&nbsp; The school building was white washed and tastefully decorated. The function took place in the the school hall. A big stage was made in the hall . Chairs were arranged for the guests and the teachers. Prizes were arranged&nbsp; on long tables. Carpets were spread for the students .&nbsp; The chief guest arrived in the time . He was given a guard of honour by the Scouts. He was welcomed by the Principal and some senior teachers . &nbsp;A VISIT TO OKHLA /// THE PICNIC I ENJOYED THE MOST ON EXCURSION&nbsp; Routine life is dull and boring . we need change to dispel this dullness. Excursions and outings provide a healthy change. Our examinations were over. We chalked out programme for Okhla . We were five student of our class. All preparation were made well in time. So, we set off early in the morning. We reached there at 8 am. We were very happy in the lap of nature . We spend our carpets under a shady tree and relaxed there for some time. Then, we set for sight seeing . We saw many groups of holiday markers. There , was a lot of fun and frolic. Then we began to feel hungry. We sat to take our lunch . We did full justice to our meals. Thereafter, we had a nap . We woke up after an hour. We played some light games . Ram delighted us with his songs. I told some tit bits. They laughed and laughed heartily. Now it was tea time. We prepared pakoras and tea. &nbsp; A VISIT TO AN HISTORICAL PLACE // A VISIT TO A HISTORICAL MONUMENT Everybody wants to see the historical building of his country . Every historical building reminds us the glory past&nbsp; . It tells us something about the great rulers who built it . The visitors get a glimpse of their glory. During last summer vacation. I went to Agra with my uncle. There he took me to many places. We also visited the Taj Mahal. The Taj Mahal is the most beautiful by the great Mutual Emperor Shah Hagan in the sweet memories of his beloved queen. Mumtaj Manual . It was built about three hundred and fifty years ago. It is a grand building it stand on the right bank of the river Yamuna . The gateway which is made of red stone is very beautiful. The main building is made of white marble on a high platform. There are four long thin white minarets one at each corner . &nbsp; A STREET FIGHT // A STREET QUERIES Street quarrels&nbsp;are very common in every village and town. Their causes are small, but their results are very serious. It was Sunday. I was deep in my studies. Suddenly I heard a noise in the street. I kept my books aside and went to the spot. I found two young men quarrelling with each other . People were watching them and enjoying the fun . One was a rickshaw walk and other was his passenger. They quarrelling over payment of fare. The rickshaw wala demanded five hundred rupees, but the passenger wanted to pay him three hundred rupees only. From hot words , they came to bows. The rickshaw wala gave the other a blow on the ear. The passenger paid him back in the same coin. The crowd increased every moment. Some took the side of the passenger, while other took the side of the rickshaw wala .&nbsp; But nobody parted them. Their shirts got torn. Their noses were bleeding. They were abusing each other loudly. Soon an old man came there. He looked very wise.

&nbsp; HOLIDAYS // THE REST DAYS The basic idea behind holidays is change. All work and no holidays make a man's life dull and boring. Holiday are a fun . These are the days of feasting and merry making. Public holidays are linked with important fairs and festivals. On a holiday, the whole family is at home . There are celebrations. There is a lot of fun and frolic. Holidays have great significant for students. During the holiday they are free from the burden of their books. They can devote time favourite pursuits. They are free for self help and original development. Some thoughtless teachers, however burden the students with lessons to be done during g the holidays. This is a vicious habit . The students should be rather encourage to devote their holidays to little acts of social services. Some people make premium out of the holidays.
