Leadership is something that can (highly recommended) be learned by everyone.

Because leadership is NOT ABOUT leading a full team or having the burden of the world on your shoulders. It's NOT ABOUT being at the front.

I used to shy away because no one explained.

It is to be able to embrace your ability to lead. NO ONE ELSE. JUST YOURSELF.

Change comes from you.

Ultimately change will spread from the top down.

This is also about growth.

GROWTH is not forcing. It is ALLOWING.

You allow it to grow inside YOU organically.

It's normal.

You'll feel like a lot of what you have understood no longer makes sense.

Seek the understanding that helps in your alignment.

Because when previous understandings fall apart, they are not always immediately replaced by better understanding.

The level of your maturity is knowing what you want and going out to achieving it.

You respect other people's definition of success even though it's hugely different from yours.

Having an open mind to understand & listen because the world doesn't just revolve around yours.

I started off wanting to lead myself into the life I want.

Bluntly, if you don't take charge, no one else cares.

So why leave your fate to other people? As I get the hang of things, I realised this is the only way to kickstart that flame which will lead to a forest fire.

🌟The only thing we can control and focus on is ourselves.

And I realised that I have been doing this with my clients alot and that's where the outcome was: STRONGER

Are we perfect? No.

We're constantly works in progress.

The only thing is the attitude and the willingness to do it.

What started off as a personal growth journey became my purpose.

I want to generate wealth not only for myself but to the people I work with. To distribute it in a way where the world we live in, (despite chaos ) is a better place.

The space we own and created for ourselves.

This is where we thrive in THE THRIBE.

Where we actually can come up with the resources that let us do it.

So what I'm doing is to rise people's standard of living by showing them how to create wealth and keep it.

I started the community 3 yrs ago and didn't intentionally think to make it into a culture or business. All I knew then was to start creating the changes I wanted to see in my work, my life with the people around who can also resonate; along with me.

As I go deeper and deeper by getting myself involved in the work. I realised there are alot of things we have choices for. First things first is to start with ourself.

Learn to lead yourself first. Otherwise you'll just be putting everyone in circles and no one comes out any wiser.
