The number one way to get a good conversation with no lulls or cringe moments is to set an intention on why you are speaking with the person

#1 Set Intention 

Start the conversation on the right foot you can do that by walking up to them with an open body language show you want to communicate with them and you are excited. Your smile is your opening line
