How to influence people

To be a charismatic person. You have to remember 3 things when dealing with people.

1. Smile: People who give genuine smiles in a convo are easier to communicate with. If you show that you enjoy being around the person, it would grow on them and they'd enjoy being around you.

2. Remember names: Remembering people's names can go a long way. It shows that you have taken your time to pick them out of the crowd and it builds an intimate relationship.

3. Listen: People appreciate a good listener over a good speaker. Do more of listening than talking in conversations.
