Everything about you communicates the clothes that you wear and the way that you look communicates

Even when you are not saying anything, you are still communicating. That is the fact of life.

Everyone interprets your words in a different way based on past experiences and how you come across to them.

Also the way that you think of a phrase is not exactly what you will say outloud.

We have the power to control people's emotions through our body language and words. If you set out a goal before communicating with someone you are more likely to accomplish that goal.
