A work written to the Italian statesman Lorenzo de' Medici as an advice on concepts such as state administration, the way a ruler governs and behaves, justice and social structure.

In the introduction of the book, a long article about the author welcomes us. In this article, we get a lot of information about the conditions of the period and the author. In this way, the book becomes more meaningful and understandable. So much so that the book was written to give a gift to the Medici, to whom it was accepted, and presented to him with the following words:

"The best gift a writer, philosopher or historian can give is thoughts and words."

Instead of going into the topics in the book at length, I will only touch on some of the topics. These are:
