This stash is a breathing exercise to increase how much you can hold your breath. You can also do this during meditation.

  1. Hold your breath and record it for a before and after exercise comparison.
  2. Breath deeply through the mouth and exhale naturally through the nose. Your diaphragm should be rising not the chest. Do this 29 times.
  3. On the 30th, breath deeply and hold it for as long as you can. Closing your eyes is helpful to avoid distraction. Make sure to record this.
  4. Compare your time record and see the difference.

After the exercise you probably found yourself holding your breath easier and longer than before if you did the exercise correctly.

The rationale behind this is you're pumping your body with oxygen preparing your body for the 30th breath.

You can also do the 30th breath while doing push-ups, if correctly done you will find yourself doing more push-ups while holding your breath than when breathing. Shocker.
