- Prioritize tasks by how important and urgent they are

- The Pomodoro Timer method: Alternate 25 minutes deep-focus-sessions to 5 minutes short brakes. After 4 pomodoros take a longer break.
- The MIT method: Assign yourself a Most Important Task per day, and prioritize completing that task before all others.
- The Time Blocking technique: Break down work sessions into several blocks and assigns specific jobs to each block.
