Everyone has narcissistic traits and a dark side. They are developed during childhood. People who never developed self esteem as a child become narcissistic, aggressive or dramatic and always have to be the center of attention.

You can turn your dark side into something good and use it in a healthy way.

Take your self love and turn it outwards. Be empathetic and understanding.

Seduction is a huge power as it makes people feel desire. Thus, you can influence them more easily.

Qualities of a great seducer: They enter the other persons spirit and listen closely to what they have to say. They reflect the things they desire back.

Qualities of anti-seducers: They preach, moralise and judge the behaviour of other people. They are not generous with their spirit and the things they do.

Letting someone enter your world needs vulnerability. It brings out qualities we normally don't show and the other person naturally wants to help you.

Insecure people are too focused on their flaws which is considered as unattractive.

Vulnerability is seductive while insecurity isn't.

A relationship takes time, patience, work and rejection. People that watch lots of porn get out of touch with that. They think that love and sex come easily and quickly. They don't understand the signals by other people anymore.

Dating is a game. You should put a little effort in it and make it special. Be extra and add a little drama (in a good way).

Confidence is a feeling and feelings come from actions. It is based on something real.

When you feel confident, it will radiate and people will notice in your behaviour.

Because the entire body is involved, words don't matter that much. Body language doesn't lie and also your voice betrays you. For instance, nervous people speak very fast. A certain tone shows off confidence and leadership qualities.

It is important to learn and understand other people's body language.

People nowadays think that things come easily because we get them instantly by clicking somewhere. This, unfortunately, is often not the case.

The famous 10.000 hour rule is not a fact but a concept that shows that great things take lots of time.
