     ⤞ Deprioritize to what you consider not as important.

  • Warm up your tasks before you hop into it.

     ⤞ Example 1: If I am eating and I know I NEED to meditate right afterwards I’d slow my breath, calm my mind.

     ⤞ Example 2: If I am meditating and I NEED to get ready for  the gym, I’d bring King/Beast Affirmation and I’d raise my testosterone by using my mind.

     ⤞ Don’t learn the foundations, learn in advanced parts, invest in a high ROI.

     ⤞ Try Up-Down ⬇ instead, it's true that some of the basics are important but time is against us.

     ⤞ After you understand the differences between basic and advanced the lines start to blur

  • Devils Advocate: When learning the alphabet or a language, a down-up approach is a-lot better.
