For them is not for you

For them is not for you

We fear often to the things we know something might bad will happen. We tend to visualize in our mind that if it goes this way, maybe this way will turn out this way.

But what if I tell you that it is all wrong? because what you are thinking is just a fragments of a puzzled thoughts, not a certain reality that you think can happen in the future. If you see a man is being rude inside the restaurants because it's taking too long to get his order, you also might feel irritated because of his actions or the service in the restaurant. But did you also think, what else can you do?

The state of caring too much is connected through your emotions. Without a concise understanding and broad perception about the things around you, you might fall into the trap of being a 'play victim' role.

What else can you do? at the end of the day, that man who waited for a long time for his order will go home with a food on his stomach, and if you let the 'play victim' role controls you, you will go home with the hatred on your heart and mind, without that man knowing you care for him all along. You care on his actions, without realizing it is just a waste of your time and energy.

'Play Victim'

'Play Victim'

Stop caring, unless it's necessary.

We often care in other person's life, but we have to realize that not every math formulas can solve how to tie a shoes. Meaning it is really simple, but we are just making it complicated. Think about it, you have an upcoming exams tommorow and you didn't review that much because you don't understand what your teacher is saying in front of the class. So you blame him for the rest of the night and the next day you also blame him for not getting a good score on your exams.

Some of you might say, it is really that teacher's fault why I fail the class. But, what else can you do? now you are in the state of 'play victim' where you will make thousands of reasons just to satisfy your ego, without realizing that the only solution is to study.

What if you care less on that teacher and just focus on studying some of the lessons you find hard to deal with. Then the next day, you might find the right answer, and that way you have the chance to get a good score on your exams. It all boils down into your choice.

Patience

Nothing greatness will come to the things that is done rapidly. All things takes time, such as a caterpillar needed a month of time to fully develop into a butterfly, bees needed several months to make full jar of honey, and a tree seed needs years to grow for us human to breathe air.

Patience is vital for a human to acquire. In today's world where our attention span is getting lower, we need to realize all things worthwhile takes time. If you distract yourself everyday with short-term reward, you might find yourself at the end regretting the things you should've done that matters the most.

Acceptance

Acceptance

Focus on what is happening right now, as you are reading this, you can't change the text I type in this post, neither do I, I can't control the way you should understand what I want to show the world by making this post. Acceptance is the choice.

Accept that it turns out that way, the things you did in the past. The life you have is different from me and to others. In that way, you will find yourself in a state of peace where nothing and no one can bother you, because you understand you can't control it. Don't react upon it, unless it's necessary. Find what's worth reacting for.

Adaptation

Adaptation

We can't grow if we don't change, trees falls its leaves to grow another beautiful life saver (Leaves releases oxygen). If you don't change, you will be in the same path where there is no growth to grasps on. Adapt through people, environment and to your surroundings. But don't change your true personality, just go with the flow and change what's necessary for you to change.

But if you are not really into eating a pineapple on pizza, just tell them and make them to understand what are the things you can't do and you don't want to do.

Let things happen on its own

Let things happen on its own

The only thing you can control is your reaction. Not your mind. You can't control your thoughts, perhaps you might think I can control it by saying "no" to my thoughts, but it will just build resistance to you. If you just don't react to your thoughts and let it be, then it will not exist into the reality.

For example, if you think of eating that apple on the table, if you just don't eat the apple, the apple will not be eaten. It is that simple. Find a way to realize reaction is important.
