  • Everybody heard that you should drink 2 liters for water and it's true. Water is very important for our body. But too much water is not good, too.
  • Don't drink just when you're thirsty- it's too late. When you're thirsty your body says that is dehydrated, so drink regurarly.
  • Drink more when you do exercise.
  • Drink mostly water, but you can also juice, tea, and whatever you want, but it doesn't mean no water.
