Around two months ago I started to take care about myself- I started to do healthy habits like drinking 2 liters of water and I tried to be more confident. I troubled with perfectionism and I stressed about everything

Healthy habits helped me so much! For example it helped me with sleep. Insted of 30 minutes I fall asleep in 2 minutes! Then I sleep much better than before and I feel better in the morning.
