Little changes big gains

Before we go further, let’s draw the line. Somethings your love for those you will manage something or at-least you will feel the longing. The tasks we are discussing here are for those of us who don’t like exercising or reading or writing or maybe spending time on meditation 🧘‍♂️ . We like the idea of us doing it but are not doing it.

See the trend? Let’s do some basic maths. 1 Pushup daily * 365 Days. 1 page * 365 days. 5 lines * 365. Somedays we can even get lucky and pull twice of that and on some days we might feel like doing it three times. Let’s not get ahead of ourselves but what about five times. Maybe? Somedays!

Get up-> Search for the specs-> Do one Pushup -> Read one Page ->Do the Scroll of doom on phone

The prize at the end keeps us motivated to go with the flow. Brain is excited to reach the other side and salvage its prize. Suddenly, when the prize and task association is formed we will start looking forward to it.
