Make it Easier to Change
Exposure, to other ways of doing and thinking is a beneficial reality check. Changing perception is vital for societal growth. Also, it can broaden options, encourage empathy, and reduce ego-centric tendencies .

There's no escaping it. People have no problem seeing from their internal "I" space.
Seeing through another's eyes though? Seeing through EYES of another vs. "I" of the self is sometimes uncomfortable. However, growth is rarely pleasant.
And... the truth is, seeing beyond stuff, opportunity, and position can lead to honest, transparent, and truly magical moments of pro-social communication. This is much needed for the self, and society as well.
