So anger is when you disagree with things and you keep thing about it getting frustrated and you over thing or a good example of anger is when you fight when you FIGHT you just can't control what's going on your head whether you want to hit that person you control or when someone irritates you you try to control but controlling it is not the best idea that just stays in your mind and you keep controlling it so don't do that..... Always don't show your anger on someone else just think about something else
