But ask that question, whatever it maybe.</li><li>Spot the signs- Sometimes we see somethings which are small signs to somwthing great. You have to pay attention when you spot such signs.</li><li>Silence the fears- False Evidences Appearing True. Consider the consequences, breathe in some courage, and do it. You can rock the boat without tossing it.</li></ol>

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)

TEDx is an international community that organizes TED-style events anywhere and everywhere -- celebrating locally-driven ideas and elevating them to a global stage. TEDx events are produced independently of TED conferences, each event curates speakers on their own, but based on TED's format and rules.
