If we did a little review of our routines and inputs towards some of the goals we set so far, we might be shocked at our discoveries. We might even find out that the reason we haven’t seen any significant result is because we haven’t gone all out.
Not everything needs your 100% and if you give everything 100% you’re actually giving the important stuff less than that. And that’s where frustration and niggles set in.
