Human beings love clichès. I don’t know why is that, but we love it. We love reducing our problems to cute sayings and pithy thoughts, yeah.

We find ourselves using some phrases to justify our indecisiveness, we use some words like "whatever will be, will be; qui sera sera., my countrymen will use phrases like, "we move", "I can’t kill myself" to make excuses for their inability to take action or push further.

Don’t get me wrong, I love clichès, I use them too but in a good way. And one of the most powerful clichès I’ve come across is "99 percent is hard, 100 percent is easy".

If we did a little review of our routines and inputs towards some of the goals we set so far, we might be shocked at our discoveries. We might even find out that the reason we haven’t seen any significant result is because we haven’t gone all out.

Not everything needs your 100% and if you give everything 100% you’re actually giving the important stuff less than that. And that’s where frustration and niggles set in.

You might say you don’t know what exactly to give your 100% but that’s not true. You will always truly know what you want to give 100 percent to. And if you think you don’t, you’ve likely been making excuses.
