There are multiple reasons of depression like low self-esteem, self-critical, environment & social factors, Death of loved one's, feeling worthlessness and many more but, today I'm gonna tell you the single thing that if you control that "one thing" there will remain no need to cope up with all those reasons not even need to consult phycologists. That one thing is "Overthinking".
Believe it or not, most of the time you think about the things you actually don't want to be. If you could only control on your thoughts then let me tell you all other things are the products of your thoughts.
