Our brains are fantastic tools, but we are never taught how to use them or the conditions required for their ideal functioning. ~Flow~ is when this tool will surprise you.

Flow, is a state of mind achieved when one is completely oblivious to their surroundings and completely indulged in their work. For ideal workflow, and to make the most out of the time utilized one must get into their flow.

To gain satisfaction from what we do, we must get into the state of flow and must stay away from activities that bring us immediate gratification
