Loneliness and Depression are two sides of a coin. If, one starts another starts too, the point is to feel alive each and be grateful for the things we have. When we stay alone we learn more about ourselves as I say it  "Being alone is not a curse, by being alone you get a chance to know yourself better " let this loneliness feeling be your guiding light towards new you not towards self-destruction of your own life.
