Some people can be extremely influential. They can make people around them feel like they're a part of something bigger than themselves. These people are what we call, charismatic.
Charismatic people are essentially very good communicators.Aside from being verbally eloquent, charismatic people can communicate with followers on a deep, emotional level, give them a glimpse of their vision and awaken strong emotions in them.
They're people with alpha personalities who are still able to relate, connect and emphathize with you thus making you feel special or that they can make things happen for you.
