As mentioned above to make Road Map, After making a road map you have to do a TO-DO list. to-do is far different from Time table. so don’t make a timetable, make a To-do list. Rule No 10. To-Do Reality:

Make a Proper Road map of your Goals. So basically when you have a road map of what you have to so it will help you to make To-Do list. make sure you make a road map not a timetable because when you make Long Term timetable it will put a burden on you as compared to Road Map. Psychologically when the human brain senses a Heavy Load it will start to Procrastinate the work. as you make a whole timetable for the whole year or something like that... Make sure to structure a Road Map.

You can do Long hours of Sitting. by using the above method (Pomodoro Technique) Keep your Sitting like: 2hr+2hr+3hr      = On Week Days. 2hr+2hr+3hr+3hr  = On Week Ends.

You Make sure to avoid all the distractions from the devices like social media etc. you spend this 1 hour with yourself by doing some kind of exercise, yoga, Meditation & Reading the Self-help book. sitting In front of the sun or the proper sunlight while having one cup of black/ green tea or coffee.

It Means if the first thing you do in the morning is to eat a live frog, you can go through the rest of the day knowing the worst is behind you. Your frog is your worst task, and you should do it first thing in the morning.

Rule No 5. Avoiding Functions/ Program/ Party:

If you Understated the above 2 points then it will be easy for you. 3-4 times read book & 2-3 Flashcard & the things you wrote in the book of 10% rule.

Rule No 9. 5-6 times Reading for long-term Remembering:

Use your ego as your strength, by making a proper announcement in-home, friends, family, etc. that you have planed & what you are going to do.

Rule No 11. EGO as Strength:

While you are studying or Working makes a Proper Priorities. if you are studying then always put 2 subjects on High Priorities, same in your work. it will help you to Simplify your work.

Rule No 6. Things on the Priority:

Whatever you Retained & wrote in the book (Refer rule 6) just go through it once or twice & again see what is Important. write it in your Language. (NOTE: while Compressing the content don't lose main content).

Rule No 8. Make a proper Flash Card:

If you are a student Then don't fill your stomach full. keep it just 75% filled, if get hunger eats again but don’t eat full. Because when your stomach is full then, Oxygen of brain reduces & goes to your stomach to digest the food you consumed, due to low Oxygen in brain you start felling Sleepy & Feel lazy.

Rule No 12. Fill your stomach only 75%:

The human brain only retains up to 10% of the whole reading you did, whenever you Finish your reading or whatever make sure to write it in one book. So while next time you go through it you will get a proper understanding.

Rule No 7. Use the 10% rule for Revising & Remembering from the book:

Sleeping Time must be 7-8hrs, Now a days we have disturbed our sleeping cycle in this period of Covid. So to make a proper SleepCycle you have to sleep on a Daily Fixed time & wake up at the daily fixed time so, that you can make a Proper sleep cycle you should take sleep of 6-8hrs of sleep.

Use Proper light & whenever you are studying that time only On that light and don't do studies in the bed mainly in winter Seasons.
