People sometimes procrastinate because they view their future self as being disconnected from their present-self we can take example of our deit only if we have proper diet schedule we will be having proper health so there will be no problem in future but we don't do that .
And also we don't start the work when it's comes to our mind we postpone it fore future time so this leads to Procrastination . Also when we start any work we just think about the negative aspects of it this demotivates our moral.
