Although women too can do all these stuff but she doesn't have the time to do all these things. It takes a lot of time to improve in many areas of life and if she tries to improve in so many areas then her beauty will diminish with age.
Whereas men aren't valued on their beauty but on success. A 18 yr old boy can spend 10-15 years of his life to improve in all these areas and still look good. But if a woman were to do it she would lose her beauty.
But lucky for women they get their beauty early on in life.
