We are the outcomes of the habits that we keep, thoughts we store, and the lesson that we choose to learn.And most importantly we are the outcome of the pain that we endure.

Our mind by design focuses on Possibilities, not Probabilities.💪Challenge: Assign probabilities to every possibility that comes to mind. Physically write down on the paper Probability of that happening. (Trust me it helped me a lot).

The simple reason we think we procrastinate is that we think we still have a lot of time.The way to deal with procrastination is to realize that we do not in fact have time.💪Challenge: Break down every task into smaller tasks. Estimate the time it would take to accomplish that small task and add up time for all the tasks and now we realize we don't have time.

If we do what everyone else does, we will end up more or less where everyone else is.If you want to be dramatically different from what everyone else is doing, you've to look beyond what's obvious.💪Challenge: For 90 days if faced with any decision ask yourself: What would most people in my situation do?Then for some time ignore that most probable option. Assume it's not even an option. And force yourself to consider other alternatives.❓Ask yourself two questions:<ol><li>What's the worst thing that can happen?</li><li>What's the best thing that can happen?</li></ol>Do it if you afford the worst for the sake of the Best.

You can use Water or Chewing gum when you crave sugar.💪Challenge: Stop consuming sugar and its by-product for the next 90 days.

Rejection is a muscle. Build it to get comfortable with it.The small harmless task with a higher chance of rejection.🌿Example: Asking a stranger for a favor.Cold EmailsSay Hi to a random person.💪Challenge: Get rejected for the next 90 days.🪞Reflect on 3 things:<ol><li>How did I feel?</li><li>Why did I feel the way that I felt?</li><li>What could I have done to be accepted?</li></ol>

💪Challenge: Set up an alarm for 10 min earlier than you wake up and try to decrease it to 10 min every day until the time you wanted to wake up comfortably.

✍️Writing is a way to pace our thoughts. It is the slowest form of expression.💪Challenge: Write for 90 days, every day. And at the end of the exercise, always conclude with: "This tells me that..."🌿Example: This tells me that I'm good at this or she felt that way or the world is whatever it is.
